If an older gay male would have to go out in the real world and try to find a partner there, the majority of someone younger would not go for him. We could say that gay online dating does help older men to find a partner. Since there is lots and lots of gay men with different tastes, there is bound to be someone who does like older men, research shows that younger gay men do like older men, they see hairy older men as “bears” someone who would take control of the relation and who is more aggressive in the sack, and some sees them as “power tops” who would be seen as the man in the relationship and is sure to pleasure the younger gay male.

The older generation of gay male would be right to resort to online dating since it is fun, and doesn’t have to be more of a hassle than in regular dating.

But no matter how old you are, safety is still an issue, so doesn’t matter if you are 24 or 42 years old, never ever give out your personal information to anyone unless you are 100% and absolutely sure, that you could be safe to do so.
